We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with a specialization in fit out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, particularly in interior fit outs for commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent project management skills to lead and deliver high-quality fit out projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design process for interior fit out projects, including conceptual and detailed design phases.
Collaborate closely with interior Designer , clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Prepare and present design proposals, including shop drawings Details , sketches, mood boards, and material samples, to communicate design intent effectively.
Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for construction purposes.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to integrate specialized expertise into design solutions.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in fit out design and construction technology.
Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
Proven experience (5-10) as a Senior Architect with a focus on interior fit out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of interior fit out projects across various sectors (commercial, residential, hospitality, etc.).
Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods related to interior fit outs.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
Leadership abilities with experience in managing project teams and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals.
PMP or LEED accreditation (preferred but not required).
