The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve company revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance metrics.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one performance reviews.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Manage relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and investors.
Oversee marketing and promotional initiatives to generate qualified leads.
Participate in networking events, property exhibitions, and community outreach programs to strengthen the company's market position.
Maintain a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and customer service.
Requirements:
Experienceminimum
5-7 years
of experience in real estate sales, with at least
2-3 years
in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales principles, and legal regulations.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach
