Manage correspondence, emails, and official documents in Arabic and English.
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
Assist school administration with reports, scheduling, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications with staff and parents.
Prepare letters, circulars, and reports in Arabic as required.
Support HR, admissions, and other administrative departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience as a secretary
in a school or educational environment (UAE experience preferred).
MoE approval
is mandatory.
Excellent written and spoken
Arabic and English
.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Candidates based in
Ajman/Sharjah
are preferred.
