. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local labor laws, visa processing, business licensing, and other regulatory requirements to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Liaison:
Handle all communication and transactions with government departments, including
passports, visa processing, labor permits, and business licenses
.
Visa & Immigration Services:
Process
new visas, renewals, cancellations, and residency permits
for employees and their dependents.
Labor & Employment Compliance:
Ensure compliance with
Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations
, labor contracts, and employee work permits.
Business Licensing & Registration:
Manage all matters related to the
Department of Economic Development (DED), Chamber of Commerce, and Municipality
for business setup, license renewals, amendments, and deregistrations.
Document Processing & Attestation:
Prepare, submit, and track
official documents, approvals, and attestations
required by various governmental entities.
Legal & Compliance Support:
Stay updated on
labor laws, residency regulations, and company legal obligations
to ensure full compliance and mitigate any legal risks.
Company Representation:
Act as the official representative of the company when dealing with
government authorities and regulatory bodies
.
Administrative Support:
Maintain
accurate records of employee visas, work permits, trade licenses, and other government-related documentation
.
Problem-Solving:
Handle any
disputes, delays, or issues
with government transactions effectively and efficiently.
