is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Arabic Secretary
to provide administrative and clerical support to management and office operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence.
Manage phone calls, emails, and official communications.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain managers' calendars.
Arrange managers' travel requirements, including flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation as required.
Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure timely confirmations.
Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
Prepare official letters, memos, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Arabic Secretary or similar administrative role
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Professional attitude with high attention to detail
with NOC.
