We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Arab Female Secretary
with experience in
office administration and real estate
. The ideal candidate will provide executive support, manage office tasks efficiently, and assist with real estate-related documentation, client coordination, and property management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office records.
Real Estate Support:
Assist in preparing
real estate contracts, tenancy agreements, listings, and client documentation
.
Client Communication:
Handle inquiries from clients, tenants, and property owners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Document Handling:
Organize and maintain
property files, contracts, legal documents, and transaction records
.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule appointments, coordinate property viewings, and liaise with agents and clients.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Maintain real estate databases, update property listings, and generate reports when needed.
Reception Duties:
Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and handle office correspondence professionally.
Support to Management:
Provide administrative support to senior executives and real estate managers.
Compliance & Records Management:
Ensure all
real estate transactions and office operations
comply with local regulations and company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
