Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and scheduling
Prepare quotations, letters, reports, and documents
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers
Provide general support to management and staff
Assist in basic accounting, invoicing, and follow-ups (if required)
Requirements:
At least
2 years of secretarial or administrative experience
Strong communication skills in
English
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Presentable, hardworking, and trustworthy
Must be currently in the
UAE
with
own visa (husband / freelance / parent visa)
Able to join
immediately
or with short notice
