Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Arabic dishes according to traditional recipes and hotel standards
Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all dishes
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
Supervise and guide kitchen staff when needed
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure timely service
Requirements:
Arabic nationality (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in Arabic cuisine
Strong knowledge of Arabic dishes, spices, and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days per week

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
