Al Qahera Contracting Company is currently hiring a
Construction Manager
, preferably of
Arabic nationality
, with strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will supervise all on-site operations and ensure smooth execution of works as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to handover
Coordinate and supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
Ensure timely execution of work within allocated budget and resources
Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges
Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and legal standards
Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction, preferably in the UAE or GCC
Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong technical, managerial, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
