Al Qahera Contracting Company is seeking a qualified and experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate, preferably of
Arabic nationality
, will oversee all phases of project planning and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
Identify and mitigate risks and delays
Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and safety regulations
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management
Proven track record of successful project delivery in the UAE/GCC
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
PMP certification is a plus
UAE driving license is an advantage
