We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Car Wash Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate should have at least

2 years of supervisory experience

in a similar environment and be

computer literate

for managing schedules, reports, and inventory systems. This role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the car wash staff Monitor the quality of vehicle cleaning services to ensure customer satisfaction Train, guide, and evaluate car wash attendants Schedule employee shifts and ensure proper staffing levels Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Prepare daily and weekly reports (e.g., sales, staffing, maintenance) using basic computer software Communicate with management regarding staff performance, repairs, or other operational concerns Ensure proper operation and maintenance of car wash equipment

Qualifications:

At least

2 years of experience

as a car wash supervisor or in a similar leadership role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Computer literate

(basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and point-of-sale systems) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications is a plus
