Job Description

On My Way, an innovative mobile car wash app in UAE, is looking for energetic and reliable Car Washers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality car wash services directly to our clients at their location.

Key Responsibilities:



Mobile Service Delivery

: Travel to client locations to provide car wash services using a company-provided VAN.

Quality Car Wash Services

: Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles according to company standards.

Customer Interaction

: Greet customers professionally and handle any inquiries or requests they may have.

Equipment Maintenance

: Maintain and manage car wash equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Time Management

: Adhere to scheduled appointments and manage time effectively to maximize the number of daily services.

Feedback and Reporting

: Provide feedback to the supervisor on customer interactions and potential areas for service improvement.

Requirements:



License

: Valid UAE driving license.

Experience

: Prior experience in car washing preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

: Good communication and customer service skills.

Physical

: Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors.

Languages

: Basic proficiency in English.

Attributes:



Punctual and reliable. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service. Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
