Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced
Operations Supervisor
to manage and oversee our mobile car wash vans. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery to customers at their homes and offices.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule daily routes for mobile wash vans and cleaning teams. Supervise and monitor the performance and quality of services provided. Ensure vans and equipment are properly maintained and ready for daily use. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues on-site. Track productivity, expenses, and daily reports. Coordinate with drivers and technicians to meet service targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in car wash services or field operations is preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Background in sales or customer service is a plus. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for scheduling and reporting.What We Offer:
