Right Value Real Estate is a performance-driven real estate brokerage in Dubai specializing in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions. We are expanding our Secondary Market division and seeking an experienced

Team Leader

to drive results, manage agents, and elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor a team of secondary real estate agents. Set monthly targets and ensure the team achieves performance KPIs. Assist agents with negotiations, viewing management, and closing deals. Develop strategies to generate listings and enhance market presence. Coordinate with marketing for property exposure and lead generation. Conduct weekly performance reviews and motivate agents to excel. Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai communities, transactions, and RERA regulations.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years

experience in Dubai secondary market. Proven track record in team leadership and property sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to build, train, and manage a high-performing team. Well-presented, professional, and target-driven. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
