Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of secondary market real estate agents.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals for the team and ensure regular monitoring.
Provide training, coaching, and daily guidance to enhance agents' performance and sales techniques.
Conduct daily briefings, weekly meetings, and one-on-one reviews to track progress and address challenges.
Build a high-performing, collaborative team environment focused on results.
Sales & Business Development:
Actively engage in buying and selling ready / resale properties across Dubai communities.
Source, list, and market secondary market properties through property portals, referrals, and network contacts.
Support team members in negotiations and deal closures, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and developers.
Ensure proper use of CRM systems, listings updates, and documentation accuracy.
Stay informed about market trends, community prices, and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting & Operations:
Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Coordinate with the marketing department for property promotions and lead generation.
Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and developer launches.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
