For a well established company in Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, looking for a Finance Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Procurement functions including minimum of three years in a managerial/senior position. Must be CPA / CMA / CFA /ACCA / CIMA /IFRS /CA / CIA. Responsibilities\' will include: Operate and maintain accounting, financial and management systems in accordance with international accounting, financial reporting standards and Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures. Implement the company strategy, structure and budget to fully optimize and integrate the existing business and new opportunities, taking cognizance of operational, accounting and financial sensitivities. Develop staff to manage budgeting, accounting, management information reporting, banking and working capital management. Liaise with Department Managers and the General Manager in the preparation and execution of contracts, review and ensure that the costs associated with the contract are within approved budgets before sign off by approved authority. Manage the approval and certification of invoice payments, prior to submission to the relevant party for payment. Ensure monthly accounts closing within stipulated timeframe. Ensure that vendor payments and other project-funding costs are processed and paid within stipulated timeframe. Liaise with banks and ensure that all account related terms and conditions are adhered to and complied with at all times. Ensure that payroll is processed on time and payroll accounting is completed within stipulated timeframe as per established policies and procedures. Ensure that invoicing to customers is completed within stipulated timeframe and initiate effective follow-up action to collect receivable amounts on due date. Ensure that a proper monthly reporting system is in place and provide management with appropriate management information reports to facilitate decision making. Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of the Company in terms of KPIs, analytical calculations, variance analysis etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall responsibility for the Company related accounting aspects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attendance and production of Financial Progress Reports to the General Manager & Board of directors.
