Approvals Engineer - Interior Fit-Out Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in authority approvals within the UAE interior fit-out industry Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Key Responsibilities o Oversee and manage the entire approval process for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and local laws. o Obtain necessary documents from clients for authority submissions. o Prepare authority-compliant drawings and documentation. o Submit drawings and documentation to relevant authorities such as DM, DCD, DDA, Trakhees, Concordia, and others. o Follow up on submissions, rectify comments, and ensure timely re-approvals. o Obtain building NOCs, drawing approvals, work permits, and final completion certificates. o Schedule and attend authority/site inspections. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all approvals, permits, and inspection reports. o Provide technical expertise and support to the design and execution teams. o Stay updated with changes in local regulations and streamline approval procedures. Skills o Strong knowledge of UAE authority submission procedures and regulations (DM, DCD, TECOM, Trakhees, etc.) o Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office tools o Strong coordination and communication skills o Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy o Valid UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
