Job Overview

Waseel is currently seeking an Approval Officer to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing and processing approval requests while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Review and assess approval requests from various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and information for the approval process. Maintain accurate records of all approval requests and decisions, ensuring timely processing and communication. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to mitigate risks. Provide guidance and support to staff regarding approval processes and requirements. Prepare reports on approval activities, trends, and compliance metrics for management review. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the approval workflow.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in an approval. Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze information effectively. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Job Requirements
