Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities such as
Dubai Municipality
,RTA, DDA, DEWA, DED, Civil Defense
Experience with online submission portals and handling all government-related applications for Permits, Licenses, NOC and to obtain necessary approvals through online portals;

(Apply Building Permit, Structural Inspection, Land Demarcation, Sand Shifting/Supply, Apply Building Drawing, Apply Building Completion Certificate, etc.)Dubai Development Authority
(Apply Building Permit, Structural Inspection, Apply Building Drawing, Apply Building Completion Certificate, etc.)RTA
(Road Diversion-Major Road / Minor Road, Right of Way Services, Temporary Access, etc.)DEWA
(Apply Temporary Connection, Apply NOC, etc.)Economic Department
(Trade License renewals, Activity Updates, etc.)Civil Defence
(Apply Building Completion Certificate Pre-inspection, Reinspection for obtaining a completion certificate, etc.Visit project teams on-site for coordination

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience managing all government portals related to construction Degree in Civil Engineering or related Proficiency in government portals Excellent communication, knowledge of Arabic language is a plus Valid UAE driving license is required Candidate must have their own vehicle for this role

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
Construction related government portals: 2 years (Required) * Portal - DM, DDA, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defense, DED: 2 years (Required)
