Core Responsibilities

1.

Customer Inquiry Handling

Answer incoming calls, messages, and emails from potential and existing clients. Provide detailed information about clinic services, treatments, and promotions. Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and accurately. Should have 7 years experience or more in Aesthetics Clinic here in UAE. Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
2.

Appointment Management

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic's booking system. Coordinate with therapists, nurses, and doctors to ensure smooth scheduling. Send reminders or follow-ups to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
3.

Sales & Conversion

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication. Recommend suitable treatments based on client needs, goals, and budget. Upsell and cross-sell packages, memberships, or add-on treatments. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets set by management.
4.

Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM system. Follow up with clients post-treatment for feedback and satisfaction.
5.

Administrative Support

Record and report daily call logs, inquiries, and conversions. Handle payment-related inquiries and assist clients with billing questions. Liaise with other departments (marketing, operations, practitioners) to ensure client satisfaction.
6.

Quality & Professionalism

Ensure all communication reflects the clinic's brand tone and professionalism. Keep up-to-date with new treatments, technologies, and promotions. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and clinic policies.

Optional (if applicable)

Assist with social media or WhatsApp inquiries. Participate in training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques. Support marketing campaigns by making outbound calls to promote new offers or events.
