Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with a focus on Odoo ERP.
Strong technical skills, including experience in Python programming and PostgreSQL database management. Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Experience in customizing and extending Odoo modules based on business requirements.
HR Module Expertise: Experience with ERP HR modules, including employee records management, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and attendance tracking.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and the ability to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Experience with version control systems like Git
