About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
ERP
Lead Generation Specialist
to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to
identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities
by generating qualified leads, scheduling confirmed client meetings, and building strong relationships with potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ERP or technology solution lead generation, strong communication skills, and the ability to capture client attention and build trust during calls.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively research, identify, and engage potential clients for
Odoo ERP solutions
within the UAE and GCC market.
Generate
qualified leads
through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms.
Secure
confirmed meetings
with decision-makers (C-level, IT managers, Finance heads, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline to support the sales team's revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support in preparing client meetings.
Track, manage, and report lead generation activities in the CRM system.
Continuously explore new channels, tools, and strategies for lead generation and client outreach.
Requirements
Proven experience in
lead generation, inside sales, or business development
, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions.
Strong understanding of
ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
and ability to articulate business value to clients.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(verbal and written).
Ability to
identify decision-makers
and engage them effectively during calls.
Strong research and networking skills to identify target companies and contacts.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
