Job Description
Application Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Forensics & Life Sciences Candidates with extensive molecular and cell biology experience who is seeking an opportunity to move into a customer-facing application specialist role involving training, instrument demonstrations, installations and technical support. Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and holding demonstrations of Instruments and Software.
- Ensure excellent customer service, instrument installations, applications, and continuous technical support.
- Demonstration equipment at customer sites or exhibitions.
- Provide technical support for end users to optimize, validate and perform data analysis of various Molecular Genetics instruments and software.
- Work with suppliers to facilitate the applications of instrumentation when required and manage the stock of demonstration equipment.
- A Masters or PhD in Molecular Biology / Genetics / Biotechnology.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in molecular and cell biology and related areas.
- Ability to understand customer\'s specific scientific needs and help with planning demonstrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Transferable visa
- Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
