Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Field Application Specialist to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Responsible for new customer implementations and user training.
- Present the company\xe2\x80\x99s product and provide technical information.
- Support customer product evaluations.
- Develop and maintain good client relationships.
- Build support infrastructure and processes, developing documentation and training materials.
- Analyse case trends and provide report/feedback for product improvements.
- Manage and resolve customer support issues.
- Assist in installations and provide onsite training.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) or equivalent experience in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Genetics, Computational Biology) or a related field.
- Proven customer support experience in a highly technical field.
- Strategic thinker, self-starter, independent and hands-on.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel 50% as required.
