Primary Objective of Position The Application Specialist is responsible for delivery of customer Automation operator training and coaching in Abbott training facilities and onsite and providing on-site assay implementation, application support, and application troubleshooting till TOR. Major Accountabilities
Deliver Automation customer operator training on-site
Perform Automation new instrument and assay implementations through Test Of Record (TOR)
Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching till TOR
Success in this role is measured by customer survey document
Track workflow definition.
Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s in engineering in medical/ electrical/ mechanical or medical technology is preferred Background
Experience a similar position supported by management and
customer references
Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
Strong communication skills
Technical expert for product line responsibility
Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software
