Primary Objective of Position The Application Specialist is responsible for delivery of customer Automation operator training and coaching in Abbott training facilities and onsite and providing on-site assay implementation, application support, and application troubleshooting till TOR.
Major Accountabilities

• Deliver Automation customer operator training on-site
• Perform Automation new instrument and assay implementations through Test Of Record (TOR)
• Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching till TOR
• Success in this role is measured by customer survey document
• Track workflow definition.
• Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s in engineering in medical/ electrical/ mechanical or medical technology is preferred

customer references

• Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
• Strong communication skills
• Technical expert for product line responsibility
• Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software
