You will be a part of the MEA- Application team and report to the Field Application Manager responsible to support Direct clients by providing operators training for defined product lines, product or assay troubleshooting, advance training. Engage clients in scientific activities and help marketing and sales for new product promotions. The \xe2\x80\x9cField Application Specialist-Hematology\xe2\x80\x9d for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible:

To analyze and resolves technical issues (Assays, calibration, and quality control) in accordance with product and customer specifications.

Familiar and able to discuss on the basic clinical significance of the assays and can understand QA/audit reports.

Perform in-house and on-site product training, ensuring that customers are provided with training appropriate to the use of the instrumentation and software solutions.

Attend internal or external meetings related to BCI product portfolio.

Support CP field associates and customers with clinical & technical knowledge.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Perform in-house and on-site product training, ensuring that customers are provided with training appropriate to the use of the instrumentation and software solutions.

Assist new and existing customers with assay validation/verification processes and troubleshooting techniques.

Work with Sales, Service, Customer Support, Regulatory/Quality, Vision Center teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology or Life sciences.

Multiple years of experience in handling clinical laboratory equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.

Effective customer consultative skills which include excellent scientific/technical knowledge, analysis, and strong customer relations.

Agile and flexible as extensive travel is required in the region.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

IVD market knowledge for the purpose of understanding market forces impacting the business.

Pathology/Microbiology laboratory process and accreditation requirements.
