A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting an Application Specialist for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Responsible for delivering pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company\'s products.
- Provide application-related services.
- Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.
- Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
- Provide feedback on product development.
- Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
- Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.
- Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in analytical chemistry or a related field.
- Extensive background in chemistry with at least 3 years\' experience in operating LC/LCMS.
- Prior experience in the UAE is a must. Regional experience is a plus.\xe2\x80\x99
- Proficient in writing reports, business communications, and procedure manuals.
- Proficient in CRM, Sales Software, and Microsoft Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
