Position: Application Specialist, Taste and Beyond

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting into: Senior Category Manager, Sweet Goods

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Develop Product formulation for our clients\xe2\x80\x99 projects including Sweet Goods and Beverages based on industrial standards and country client specific requirements

Select the right flavors and technologies to work best in the product applications

Support clients for industrial trial and recommend adequate industrial process for new installations / product lines to clients

Work in close collaboration with the industrialization team in order to ensure good industrial feasibility of new developments and work in a close collaboration with account managers, category teams (flavorist, technologist and marketing), other departments with one team spirit

Prepare and lead clients\xe2\x80\x99 technical presentations. Support commercial/business development team with presentation and application.

Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks related to projects briefs and keep daily record on laboratory work and results, run stability tests according to the established protocol and respect good laboratory practices following established HSE rules

We value:
Bachelor/master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in food science/ Chemistry with at least 5 years of professional experience in food/ flavor industry

Strong knowledge in Flavor, food ingredients in Sweet Goods

Strong technical and commercial skills in MENA region is a plus

Capable of handling multiple projects in a methodical manner, within short deadlines

Strong strategic and analytical thinking, rigorous and well organized

Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills, enthusiastic, open-minded, and strong team player
