Previous experience in similar works within Manufacturing / Trading company in Plumbing Industry.
Experience in handling products such as water pumps, valves, water storage or water treatment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Technical Expertise:
Plumbing Products Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the technical aspects and applications of the Water Storage, Water Pumps, valves, pipes, and the related services.
Application Support: Providing technical assistance to customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries related to products.
Technical Presentations:
Technical Submittal:preparing technical submittals for consultant Approval and reply to consultant comments in technical manner.
Product Demonstrations: Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of the products to potential customers.
Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including product manuals, specifications, and other materials that support the sales process.
Sales Coordination & Support:
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical support during the pre-sales phase, addressing customer queries and concerns.
Post-Sales Support: Ensuring customers receive adequate support after the sale, coordinating with the technical team to resolve any issues.
Order Processing: Managing and processing sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer requests.
Sales Administration: Handling administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as preparing sales documents and coordination with execution team
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team, providing technical insights, and coordinating efforts to meet sales targets.
Information Sharing: Communicating relevant technical information to the sales team to enhance their understanding of product capabilities.
Sales Records: Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and technical support activities.
