JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Air Force of Oman (RAFO) on Block 50 F-16s - Instructional and maintenance support involved in all aspects of F-16 flightline operations - Maintenance scheduling, phase flow, day to day supervision of flying operations · Service aircraft and perform all aspects of ground handling, aircraft configuration and maintaining support equipment and special tools · Perform on and off equipment inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance · Conducts effective OJT to qualify a cadre of assigned RAFO maintenance personnel to assume responsibility for the F-16 maintenance organization as directed by RAFO Headquarters · Perform in the capacity of instructor, OJT trainer, Quality Assurance, phase dock chief and shop chief · Work closely with RAFO Trade Manager, supporting all required scheduled and unscheduled maintenance working both Phase and Flight line maintenance tasks · Oversee and accept the work performed by RAFO Engineering Completed timely inspections of aircraft systems and components to check performance and safety. · Delivered training, mentored and motivated RAF members to accomplish challenging workloads · Debrief Aircrews Perform Launch and Recovery and EOR as directed by the Program Manager

Knowledge & Skills · AFSC 2A3X3B Aerospace Airframe and Propulsion Mechanic, or equivalent and achieving 9-skill level performing or supervising functions involving installation, repair, testing, or modification of aircraft · Skilled in F-16 phase inspections, knowledgeable in crash recovery and repair and reclamation·

Experience & Education Minimum five (5) years supporting F-16 aircraft High School diploma
