Job descriptionLOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE AMAZON, NOON ONLINE SALES EXPERT We are seeking an Amazon/Noon. Carrefour Account Manager to assist in growing our Amazon, Noon, Carrefour seller account. The desired candidate will have in-depth experience working with Amazon FBA & Noon. Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue to grow our sales. This position will be responsible for managing listings, building new listings, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for product line expansion in new and existing accounts. Responsibilities
Handling e-commerce portal content and plan and add new categories/products
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
Report, analyze, negotiate and provide customer service for various marketplaces and wholesale e-commerce accounts
Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets/prospects
Ensure the fulfilment of customers\' orders via store pick of delivery service.
Execute activities driven by data analytics.
Develop item set-up process to ensure proper system and execution of the daily operations of the channels
Create and launch promotional activity at the item-level and decide the appropriate channel strategy by stock keeping unit data
Manage quality assurance through site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys
Identify strategic business partnerships.
Create detailed proposal documents, negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales
Implement new business collaboration plans.
Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.
Implement the customer loyalty programmers.
Implement the e-commerce activities.
Maintain business partnerships.
Manage a diverse service environment.
Manage the operations for good service.
Sell and market ideas and product pitches to various partners to hit sales targets
Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
Operate and maintain existing IT networks based on the standard operation procedures.
Promote good service performance.
Provide specialized knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights

Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience Amazon FBA, Noon, etc.
Knowledge of Online Search Advertising (Amazon Ads)
Experience with Amazon ad management tools like Kenshoo, Pacvue, Marin, or Sellics a plus
All applicants should have experience in selling on Amazon and Noon platform and should be experienced with digital marketing and all of the SEO and PPC tactics
Managing inventory and demand planning based on data analysis.
Managing Amazon FBA shipments including planning & shipping etc
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
knowledge of web analytics tools
Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad Words, and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
Basic Requirements Knowledge of OpenCart, WordPress, Laravel
