Job Description

We are seeking an Online Account executive to assist in growing our online sales presence. The desired candidate will have in-depth experience working with Amazon, Noon, and other such platforms. Furthermore, should be able to expand sales via Social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc. Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue to grow our sales. The staff will be responsible for the creation & management of listings, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for product line expansion in new and existing accounts.

Responsible for the daily management of the various online platforms, including product listing, maintenance, and optimization of the listing page.
Responsible for timely processing and responding to customers? pre-sales & after-sales mail.
Conducting market research to ensure product listing and pricing is competitive.
Handling customer returns & refunds, and customer complaints reviews.
Manage shipment logistics with sales platforms & customers.
Creating marketing strategies to increase sales.
Should be able to modify the images to fit the platform?s requirements.

Additional Skills

Self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Excellent communication skills, experienced with content writing.
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
Adobe Photoshop and any other appropriate photo edit tools
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
