Job description LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE AMAZON, NOON ONLINE SALES EXPERT We are seeking an Amazon/Noon. Carrefour Account Manager to assist in growing our Amazon, Noon, Carrefour seller account. The desired candidate will have in-depth experience working with Amazon FBA & Noon. Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue to grow our sales. This position will be responsible for managing listings, building new listings, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for product line expansion in new and existing accounts. Responsibilities
- Address customer complaints, issues, or queries on Amazon Day-to-day maintenance of current e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.) Manage Amazon FBA business Optimize current listings and improve SEO on Amazon Setting up new SKU\xe2\x80\x99s on vendor partner sites Follow up and report on any operational/technical issues related to Amazon/Noon Update product information, pricing, and descriptions, add new products and data entry
- Listing New Products and Making Promotions and Discounts
- Listing optimization and promotion
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential products.
- Product evaluation and research
- Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans
- Work closely with web development and Sales teams
- Analyze and report on all digital initiatives
- Research &Planning: Be able to research keywords
- Make sure all products are in an active state, troubleshoot any listing issues, buy box issues, track brand health issues, and perform periodic audits to make sure all front end/back end listing information is correct.
- Follow up with new marketplace and E-Commerce opportunities
- At least 3 years of professional experience Amazon FBA, Noon, etc.
- Knowledge of Online Search Advertising (Amazon Ads)
- Experience with Amazon ad management tools like Kenshoo, Pacvue, Marin, or Sellics a plus
- All applicants should have experience in selling on Amazon and Noon platform and should be experienced with digital marketing and all of the SEO and PPC tactics
- Managing inventory and demand planning based on data analysis.
- Managing Amazon FBA shipments including planning & shipping etc
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- knowledge of web analytics tools
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad Words, and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
- Basic Requirements Knowledge of OpenCart, WordPress, Laravel
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
