Role Overview:
We are seeking an
Amazon Marketplace Specialist
with a minimum of
2+ years of hands-on experience
managing Amazon Seller Central (and similar platforms). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in optimizing product sales while ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings: creation, optimization, keyword research, and compliance.
Oversee advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC and other marketplace ads).
Monitor account health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems with Amazon support.
Generate and analyze sales and performance reports.
Handle orders, returns, and order removals.
Manage FBA inventory: forecasting, replenishment, and shipment planning.
Plan, prepare, and send shipments to Amazon warehouses.
Stay updated with Amazon policies, best practices, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM).
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc. a plus).
Experience with Amazon Advertising and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
