E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end operations of our online marketplace presence.

Manage orders from various marketplaces, including real-time tracking and exception handling. Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor shipments and handle any issues that arise during transit. Update order statuses and manage refunds, returns, and store credits.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes for maximum visibility. Monitor key performance metrics, including buy box ownership, returns, SLA compliance, and seller ratings. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and catalog onboarding strategies.
Operations and Logistics

Ensure accurate inventory management across multiple platforms. Coordinate with design and development teams to improve UI/UX and technical performance. Manage return-to-stock, damaged goods, and prevent overselling.
Customer Service and Support

Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and social channels. Provide prompt resolutions to customer complaints and issues.
Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle categories. Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Namshi Partner Portal, and Shopify. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to analyze data. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, e-commerce, supply chain, or a related field. Experience managing operations for a fashion D2C brand in the GCC region.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
