We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Engineer who can supervise multiple farms and greenhouse operations while also promoting and selling agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products across the UAE. This role combines technical agricultural management with commercial responsibilities, ensuring productive farm operations while supporting customers with the right input solutions.
The position requires the ability to manage field operations, advise growers on crop performance, monitor farm conditions, and recommend appropriate agricultural inputs based on crop needs. In addition, the role involves visiting farms, meeting growers and dealers, providing technical product information, and generating sales through strong agronomic support and trusted customer relationships.
