Vacancy: Experienced Agriculture Engineer - Nursery Management (Abu Dhabi)
We are a Landscaping & Agriculture Solutions Company based in Abu Dhabi, with our own plant nursery, producing and importing plants from various countries.
We are looking for an experienced Agriculture Engineer to manage and improve our nursery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily nursery operations and staff
Monitor plant health and provide appropriate treatments
Improve production, propagation, and overall plant quality
Manage irrigation systems, pest control, and fertilizer schedules
Plan and organize plant imports and acclimatization
Maintain records of inventory, growth cycles, and expenses
Requirements:
Degree in Agriculture Engineering / Horticulture
Minimum 2 years' UAE experience in nursery or plant production
Strong knowledge of pest & disease control, irrigation, and propagation
Leadership skills to manage nursery staff effectively
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Good communication and planning skills
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: Based on experience
