We are seeking an experienced

Agriculture Engineer

with proven

UAE experience

to manage, supervise, and execute agricultural and landscape-related projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, plant selection, and farm operations, and must hold a

valid UAE driving license

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and manage agricultural and landscaping projects. Design and implement efficient irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, and automated systems). Conduct soil analysis and recommend suitable soil improvement methods. Select appropriate crops, plants, and trees suitable for UAE climate conditions. Monitor plant health, pest control, fertilization, and disease management. Supervise farm workers, gardeners, and technicians; ensure productivity and quality. Coordinate with suppliers for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural materials. Prepare reports on crop yield, water usage, and farm performance. Ensure compliance with UAE agricultural and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance. Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control. Drive to project sites and farms as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience

in agriculture, landscaping, or farm management. Strong knowledge of UAE soil conditions, climate, and irrigation practices. Experience in landscape and farm development projects is preferred.

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with hydroponics, greenhouse systems, or smart irrigation. Knowledge of organic farming and sustainable agricultural practices. Familiarity with local municipalities and authority approvals.
