Job Description
\xe2\x80\x93 Handle customer complaints and conduct after-sales services of AHU/FCU etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Manage a team of technicians on site.
\xe2\x80\x93 Facility management experience helps with good knowledge of AHU/FCU.
\xe2\x80\x93 Must be able to troubleshoot.
\xe2\x80\x93 Should be patient to deal with customers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Generate revenues through service sales outside the warranty period.
Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 2 years of experience as an After Sales Service Engineer in the AHU/FCU division.
\xe2\x80\x93 A UAE driving license is a must.
\xe2\x80\x93 Mechanical engineer by qualification or an engineer with relevant UAE experience is a must.
\xe2\x80\x93 Should be willing to travel.
