Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Present and explain
treatment plans
to patients, motivating them to start treatment. Prepare and structure treatment plans together with the doctors.Coordinate and follow up
with patients throughout the entire treatment process. Maintain strong communication and provide top-quality service at all times. Track results and meet monthly treatment-start targets. Handle complaints,returning and referral patients efficiently.Requirements:
Previous experience in
sales, customer relations, and medical coordination
(aesthetic experience is an advantage). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Arabic andEnglish
(additional languages are a plus). Organized, positive, and responsible personality. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.Job Type: Full-time
