Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and professional responses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, service reports, and operational data.
Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and following up on new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit detailed performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and documentation for on-site technical teams.
Facilitate smooth internal communication between departments and clients.
Handle incoming calls and messages in a courteous and professional manner.
Flexibly adjust work hours based on operational demands.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(mandatory).
Prior experience in
operations or sales coordination
(preferably in the technical services sector).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
, email communication, and basic data handling tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
