We are currently seeking a

Patient Coordinator cum Chinese Language Translator

to join our dynamic front office and patient relations team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, have strong interpersonal and coordination skills, and possess the ability to communicate medical and wellness information effectively to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome, guide, and assist Chinese-speaking patients throughout their visit, ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey. Translate medical and administrative information between doctors, staff, and patients with accuracy and empathy. Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-ups. Handle patient inquiries in person, via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms in Chinese and English. Explain treatment plans, procedures, and pricing clearly to patients.

Upsell and promote IV infusion therapies, wellness and detox packages, skin and aesthetic treatments

while interacting with patients in a consultative and professional manner. Maintain patient satisfaction by addressing feedback and concerns promptly. Assist marketing and business development teams in promoting services to the Chinese community in Dubai. Ensure all communications comply with confidentiality and medical ethics standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

(spoken and written). Knowledge of Cantonese is a plus.

Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or hospitality setting

preferred.

Basic medical knowledge

and understanding of health, aesthetic, or wellness treatments will be an

added advantage

. Confident in

upselling and explaining value-added health or aesthetic services

to patients. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Presentable, patient-oriented, and empathetic personality. Computer-literate (MS Office, CRM, or EMR systems). Willing to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
