Provide legal guidance to management on day-to-day business operations, including sales, service, and after-sales activities.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to vehicle sales, leasing, financing, supplier partnerships, and service contracts.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including RTA, consumer rights, labor laws, and corporate governance requirements.
Handle legal aspects of employee relations, HR policies, and employment contracts.
Manage and resolve legal disputes with customers, suppliers, or third parties through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation support.
Advise management on risk management, liability issues, and regulatory changes affecting the automobile industry.
Liaise with external legal firms, government departments, and regulatory bodies when required.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal matters.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or higher; UAE license to practice is an advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of legal advisory experience,
Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law, labor law, and consumer protection regulations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory;
