As an Account Executive/ Project Management/Client Servicing Executive in an advertising agency, you will act as the liaison between the agency and its clients. Your primary role is to manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to execute projects, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing and advertising campaigns. You will support the account team in handling various aspects of client servicing, from strategy development to execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to manage campaign execution.
Prepare creative briefs, timelines, and ensure clear communication.
Campaign Management
Assist in developing and implementing advertising strategies.
Support in preparing proposals, pitches, and media plans with the support and coordination from the team
Quality Control
Assist in managing client budgets and tracking billing and invoicing.
Reporting and Analysis
Help prepare campaign performance reports and insights.
Problem Solving
