Client Servicing Executives

to join our dynamic, collaborative team in Dubai Production City.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Business Administration 2-3 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing or Project Coordination
(Advertising, Printing, Fit-Out, or Signage industries experience is mandatory)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data reports, analysis) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, especially under tight deadlines Valid UAE Driving License is required Flexible availability aligned with project needs Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood and met Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, sales) to ensure smooth and timely project execution Prepare and manage job orders, quotations, and cost/time estimations Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to process enhancements Track project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved Maintain detailed project documentation and client records Conduct on-site visits and client meetings as required Handle client communications efficiently and resolve any issues promptly Assist in pricing negotiations, always balancing client goals with company profitability Monitor budgets and propose cost-effective solutions Drive client satisfaction by ensuring project deliverables match expectations
