We are a leading provider of innovative display solutions, custom signage, exhibition stands, and graphic production services. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic, client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai Production City.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technical Fields, or Business Administration 2-3 years of experience in Client Servicing or Project Coordination
(Background in Advertising, Printing, Fit-Out, or Signage is a strong advantage)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including reporting, formulas, and data analysis Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Must hold a valid UAE Driving License Willing to work extra hours based on project demands Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering effective solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest quality standards Prepare quotations, job orders, and accurate cost/time estimates Participate in internal planning meetings and contribute to enhancing workflows Monitor project timelines to ensure quality and deadline adherence Maintain comprehensive project documentation and client files Conduct site inspections and attend client meetings as needed Address client concerns swiftly and professionally Assist with pricing strategies to balance customer value and company margins Track project budgets and suggest cost-effective solutions Build and maintain long-term client relationships by consistently providing excellent service
