Prime Wellness Training Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate
Advanced Life Support Instructor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will haveextensive expertise in delivering high-quality training
inBasic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS),
and other critical courses.This role plays a
vital role in equipping healthcare professionals
with life-saving skills and fosteringexcellence in emergency response training.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver
engaging, evidence-based training
sessions forBLS, ACLS, PALS,
and other courses incompliance with AHA and ASHI guidelines.
Assess participants' performance, providingconstructive feedback
to ensure skill mastery. Develop and updatecourse materials
to reflect thelatest protocols and best practices.
Manage and maintaintraining equipment
, ensuring ahands-on, professional learning environment.
Collaborate with the training team toenhance program quality
andparticipant satisfaction.
Maintain accuraterecords of attendance, assessments, and certifications.
Serve as arole model
in professional conduct, communication, and clinical expertise.Qualifications and Skills:
Current certification
as anAHA and ASHI Instructor
inBLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.
(Mandatory).3-5 years of experience
teachingadvanced life support courses
inDubai, UAE.
Background inhealthcare or emergency medical services
(e.g., nurse, paramedic, physician) is highly preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills
, with the ability to engagediverse audiences.
Proficiency in usingmedical simulation equipment
andtraining technology.
Ability toadapt teaching methods
to differentparticipant skill levels.
Fluency inEnglish
