Prime Wellness Training Institute is seeking a highly skilled and passionate
Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in delivering internationally recognized training programs such as
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
This role is critical in preparing healthcare professionals with the essential life-saving skills required for excellence in emergency care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and evidence-based training sessions for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and related courses in line with
AHA
and
ASHI
standards.
Evaluate participant performance and provide clear, constructive feedback to ensure skill competency.
Update and enhance training content to align with the latest protocols and best practices.
Manage and maintain simulation equipment, ensuring a high-quality, hands-on learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve program delivery and participant satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certifications.
Serve as a professional role model, demonstrating excellence in clinical knowledge, communication, and conduct.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid
AHA and ASHI Instructor certifications
in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (Mandatory).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
teaching life support courses within the UAE healthcare/EMS sector.
Clinical background in nursing, paramedicine, or medicine strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proficient in the use of medical simulation equipment and digital training tools.
Adaptable teaching style suited to varying learner needs and skill levels.
Fluency in
English
is required (Arabic is an advantage).
