Prime Wellness Training Institute is currently hiring a dedicated
Advanced Life Support Instructor
to deliver high-quality training in
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
We are looking for an individual who is not only certified but also enthusiastic about preparing healthcare professionals with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergencies.
Role Overview
Lead interactive training sessions in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and related programs in line with
AHA/ASHI
requirements.
Monitor participant performance and provide personalized guidance to support their learning.
Revise and improve training modules to reflect current clinical practices.
Oversee proper use and upkeep of simulation and training equipment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure participants have a rewarding learning experience.
Maintain accurate documentation of courses, evaluations, and certifications issued.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in teaching and clinical practice.
Who We're Looking For
Certified
AHA/ASHI Instructor
in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (essential).
At least
3 years' teaching experience
in life support training, preferably within the UAE.
Background in
healthcare or emergency medicine
(nurse, paramedic, doctor, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt teaching to different learner levels.
Comfortable using simulation manikins, training devices, and e-learning platforms.
Proficient in
English
(Arabic language ability is a plus).
