We're Hiring: Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Director
Are you a proven leader in emergency medical services? We're looking for an experienced EMS Director to lead our ambulance and emergency response operations.
What you'll do:
? Lead EMS teams & operations across the region
? Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations (DCAS/DHA/MOH/DOH)
? Drive quality care, patient safety & operational efficiency
? Manage budgets, resources & advanced medical equipment
? Collaborate with hospitals & emergency response partners
What we're looking for:
? Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in EMS/Healthcare/Nursing
? Licensed Paramedic/EMS with valid advanced life support certifications, BLS, PHTLS, PALS certifications
? 8-10 years' EMS experience (3-5 in leadership)
? Strong leadership, crisis management & decision-making skills
